靛基质纸条和ONPG圆片的制备与使用

摘　　要：目的研制靛基质纸条和ONPG圆片用于肠道致病菌的检验。方法制备靛基质纸条和ONPG圆片,采用菌种试验将靛基质纸条和ONPG圆片与常规试管法进行对比。结果靛基质纸条和ONPG圆片试验结果与对照组常规试管法结果一致。结论这两种纸片制备简单,使用方便,结果准确,性能稳定,易于推广使用,有助于保证和提高细菌鉴定工作质量。Objective To develop the indole slip and ONPG disc for pathogenic bacteria of intestinal tract test. Methods Indole slip and ONPG disc were prepared, and bacterial strain inoculation test was carried out. The data from indole slip and ONPG disc methods and conventional test tube method were compared. Results The experimental resuits agreed with that of the conventional test. Conclusion It has some unique characteristics such as simple preparation, convenient use, exact result, stable function and easy application. The indole slip and ONPG disc can ensure and increase the quality of bacterial identification .
