摘　　要：线损是电力部门运行管理必须掌握的一个重要数据。本文介绍以８０３１单片机和软盘控制器（ＦＤＣ）为基础的开式配电网线损测量仪。分析该仪器的测量原理、硬件设计和软件设计。经过在数个３５ｋＶ以下变电站两年多的在线运行测试，证明其工作可靠，测量精确，管理方便。Line loss is an important index that should be made clear to the operation and management in Electrical departments. In this paper, we will discuss a line loss measuring instrument , based on 8031 microcomputer and Floppy Disk Controller (FDC), for open distribution networks, and analyze its basic theory, hardware design and software design. After over two years on-line operation and tests in several substations of distribution networks under 35kV, the instrument has proven to be reliable in operation, accurate in measurement and convenient in management.
