摘 要:运用热弹性力学有关理论建立了摩擦时转子表面温度场和热弯曲两个数学模型,在此基础上计算了国产200MW汽轮发电机组高压转子发生不同程度摩擦故障时的振动特性,分析了摩擦对机组振动特性的影响。研究结果表明,轻摩擦时力的冲击作用对振动的影响比较明显。重摩擦时热的冲击作用对振动的影响很大,很多情况下的振动剧增都是由此引起的,它是影响机组安全、稳定运行的一个重要因素。Rotor to stator rub is a kind of factor that causes fault in large tarbo generator unit. Force impact and thermal impact act on rotor bearings system simultaneously during rub process. Neither is negligible. Rotor temperature distribution and thermal bend mathematical models are built in the paper on the base of thermal elastic mechanics theory. Vibration response of high pressure rotor in 200MW turbo generator unit during different rub process are calculated. Influence of rub on vibration of unit are analyzed. It is pointed out that force impact effect is clear in the case of light rub process while thermal impact effect is clear in the case of heavy rub process. In many case, rapid increase of vibration is caused by thermal impact effect. It is very dangerous to unit′s safe operation.
