三门峡市2004—2007年肺结核痰检室间质量评估效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨室间质量评估(EQA)在痰检工作中的作用。方法对2004—2007年全市采用痰检室间质量评估抽取的4 133张痰涂片进行分析。结果通过开展室间质量评估痰片合格率从2004年的71.2%到2007年的90.7%,痰检结果阳性符合率从2004年95.9%达到2007年98.7%,阴性符合率从2004年97.8%达到2007年的99.5%。结论采取室间质量评估是提高痰涂片检验质量的重要保证。Objective To discuss the function of external quality assessment （EQA） in the spu- tum examination. Methods 4 133 sputum smears selected for EQA from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed. Results Through carrying out EQA, the qualification rate of sputum slides increased from 71.2% in 2004 to 90. 7% in 2007,the positive coincidence rate rose from 95.9% in 2004 to 98.7% in 2007, and the negative coincidence rate rose from 97.8% in 2004 to 99.5% in 2007. Conclusions EQA is an essential guarantee for improving the quality of the sputum smear examination.
