摘　　要：根据耗散结构理论,通过对农业产业化经营组织耗散结构形成过程及形成条件进行分析研究,建立了农业产业化经营组织演进的负熵模型,用该模型可解释农业产业化经营组织演进的路径和内在机理,并对组织结构的稳定性进行定量分析,从而为农业产业化经营组织创新提供理论依据,具有积极的理论与现实意义。The formation process of and condition for dissipative structure of agricultural industrialization operation organization is researched based on the dissipative structure theory. Negative entropy models of the organization for describing the evolution path and inner mechanism of agriculture industrialization operation organization are established, and then the quantitative analysis to the stability of organizational structure is set up. It offers theory basis for organizational innovation, which is of positive theoretical and practical significance.
