摘 要:世博中心主体结构平面布置复杂,结构抗震要求高,设计采用防屈曲耗能支撑钢框架结构体系。详细介绍了防屈曲耗能支撑设计中必须解决的主要问题,包括防屈曲耗能支撑参数的确定、节点的设计和产品的验收标准。结合防屈曲耗能支撑在世博中心工程的实际应用,对防屈曲耗能支撑芯材材质、刚度计算、屈服承载力、变形要求、节点构造要求、节点承载力计算以及与防屈曲耗能支撑相连接的框架梁柱设计进行探讨,提出可行的计算方法和构造做法。在现行钢结构验收规范的基础上,根据防屈曲耗能支撑的特点提出防屈曲耗能支撑产品的验收标准。Due to the complexity plan and strict seismic requirement, the buckling restrained braces (BRB) are used in the Expo Center. Section parameters determination, connection design and product acceptance specifications of BRB are the main issues to be performed to design BRBs. Combined with the application of BRB in the EXPO Center, the design procedures of BRB are proposed, including the material behavior of steel core, the calculation and requirement of stiffness, capacity and deformation of BRB. In addition, the desiral)le detail and capacity calculation method in connection design are advised. Based on the code for acceptance of steel structures, the product acceptance specifications are provided for BRB in the EXPO Center.
