摘　　要：恢复性司法是近二十多年来刑事司法、尤其是青少年刑事司法的国际趋势和潮流,也是我国刑事法研究的一个热点问题,在刑事诉讼中构建刑事和解制度对借鉴恢复性司法的核心理念具有现实意义。Restorertive Justce is the international trend of criminal justice, in particular, juvenile justice in the past two decades. And also it＇s currently a hot subject of research in Chinese Criminal Law. Therefore, it＇s of great practical significance to use for reference of the core concept of restorative justice in constructing criminal settlement system in the criminal proceedings.
