摘　　要：目的探讨平片式和充填式无张力疝修补的术式选择，减少术后复发。方法应用疝环平片式和充填式无张力疝修补术治疗178例腹股沟疝患者。结果178例患者随访1～3年，1例复发。结论合理选择手术方式和精细的手术操作能有效减少术后复发。Objective Purpose Explore the film and filling tension - free hernia repair technique of choice to reduce the postoperative re- currence. Methods Mesh X - ray applications and filling tension - free hernioplasty in the treatment of 178 patients with inguinal hernia. Results Follow - up for 1 - 3 years, 1 case of recurrence. Conclusion A reasonable choice of surgical operation and effective in reducing the postoperative recurrence.
