摘　　要：本文结合自己的科研档案管理的工作实践，提出了在科研课题档案管理过程中存在的规章制度执行力度不够大、归档材料、档案利用率及档案管理电子化水平不够高等问题，并针对这些问题进行初步分析和探讨．试图解决这些问题．从而提高科研档案管理水平。According to the working experience, the author finds some problems in the scientific research archive management, such as lacking of executive strength of rules and regulations, poor quality of filing materials, low utilization ratio of archives, and low level of electronic management. Moreover, the author tries to share her analysis and preliminary study of those problems so as to help solving them and promoting the level of scientific research file management.
