摘 要:有机污水接种活性污泥后,在厌氧、37℃和120rpm条件下进行批培养,添加乙二酸盐(终浓度0.1g/L)促进甲烷菌的三羧酸循环碳代谢和胞内的钴同化作用,使同化钴含量相对于对照提升了64.1%,表明以钴为中心离子的VB12的合成和以VB12为辅酶的甲基CoM还原酶的活性得到增强,并最终从产气效率上反映出来,其挥发性乙酸盐残留量比对照减少70.9%,而沼气总产量、TS和YP/V以及qp分别比对照提高了32.1%、2.0%、6.1%和28.4%,说明厌氧体系中添加乙二酸盐促进了挥发性乙酸钠底物代谢流向终产物甲烷,乙二酸盐是通过提高菌群的甲烷合成能力来提高产气,而非仅通过促进菌群生长的群体优势。The effects ofwastewater with oxalate addition on methane production during the anaerobic batch fermentation were investigated at 37℃ and 120 rpm. Oxalate addition of 0.1 g/L facilitated carbon metabolism of TCA cycle and assimilatory Co in methanogenesis, thus enhancing assimilatory Co concentration that was 23.5% higher than control, which reflected the improvements of VB12 biosynthesis with Co as central metal ion, and suggested the enhancement of methylreductase with c oenzyme of VB12. The 70.9% lower residually volatile acetate, the 32.1%, 2%, 6.1% and 28.4% higher biogas,TS ,Yp/v and qp suggested anaerobic wastewater fermentation with oxalate addition facilitated biogas production not only by increasing microorganism amounts, but also by enhancing the ability ofmethanogen to biosynthesize methane.
