摘  要:目的观察培哚普利和缬沙坦对糖尿病(DM)大鼠胰岛形态及功能的影响,探讨阻断肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)对胰岛的保护机制。方法分别用培哚普利、缬沙坦对DM大鼠干预8周,检测胰岛形态与功能的改变。结果培哚普利组、缬沙坦组大鼠胰岛形态改善,TGF-β1表达减少,第一时相胰岛素分泌增加。结论阻断RAS可改善DM大鼠胰岛形态与功能。Objective To study the impact of perindopril and valsartan on the morphology and function of pancreatic islet, and to investigate the protective mechanisms of RAS blockade on the islets in diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rat models were induced and received perindopril or valsartan treatment for eight weeks respectively. The changes of the islet morphology and function were detected. Results The morphology of islets were improved, TGF-β1 expressions were reduced, and first-phase insulin secretion was increased in both perindopril and valsartan groups. Conclusions Renin-angiotensin system blockade could improve the islet morphology and function in diabetic rats.
