摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定抗溶血颗粒中芍药苷与橙皮苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为TIANHE-C18(4.6mm×250mm,10μm),流动相:甲醇-1%磷酸(35∶65),检测波长270nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:芍药苷在0.1984~0.992μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9979;橙皮苷在0.2112~1.056μg范围内线性良好,r=0.9993;样品平均回收率为:橙皮苷99.08%,RSD=1.47%;芍药苷100.67%,RSD=1.60%。结论:高效液相法可靠、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可用于该制剂质量控制。Objective: To determine the contents of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Antihernolysis Granule. Methods:A Tianhe C18 Column was used with methanol-1% Phosphoric acid (35:65) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min. The detecting wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results The linearity of paeoniflorin was good in the range of 0..198 4 - 0.992 bag( r = 0.997 9), The linearity of hesperidin was good in the range of 0.211 2 ~ 1.056 μg( r = 0.999 3).The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.08%, RSD = 1.47% (n = 6).The average recovery of hesperidin was 100.67%, RSD = 1.60% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, accurate, and can be applied as the quality control method of Antihernolysis Granule.
