摘  要:中国石化北京燕山分公司炼油厂2Mt/a加氢裂化装置曾遇到高压空气冷却器管束丝堵的泄漏问题,给装置开工后的正常运行带来隐患。针对高压空气冷却器存在的薄弱环节,从选材、配管设计、注水量和注入缓蚀剂等方面进行分析,提出正常生产时的最佳操作条件;并对高压空气冷却器的腐蚀机理进行探讨。通过对高压空气冷却器的腐蚀系数Kp、含硫污水硫氢化铵浓度和反应流出物气速的跟踪监测,及时进行原料油的优化配置和循环氢脱硫的调整,确保腐蚀系数Kp小于0.07,为装置长周期运行提供了保障。At the 2 Mt/a hydrocracking unit of SINOPEC Yansan Company, the leakage of screws on pipes of the high-pressure air cooler once happened during the startup period,which implied a hidden trouble in the later operation. Thus, anti-corrosion analysis was carried out including material selection,piping design, the injections of water and inhibitor, and the corrosion mechanism of high- pressure air-coolers was discussed as well. The optimum operation conditions were proposed and monitoring the corrosion coefficient Kp, the concentration of ammonium hydrosulfide in wastewater and the gas rate of reaction effluent was conducted. Since then by optimizing the feedstock components and adjusting the desulfurization of recycle hydrogen in time,the corrosion coefficient Kp was always kept less than 0.07 to ensure a long term operation.
