超声心动图和心电图对心尖肥厚型心肌病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析心尖肥厚型心肌病(AHC)超声心动图及心电图(ECG)的特征性改变,探讨超声心动图及心电图检查对AHC的诊断价值。方法对38例心尖肥厚型心肌病患者(AHC组)与40例无器质性心脏病(对照组)的超声心动图和心电图资料进行对比分析。结果AHC组超声心动图有不同程度的心尖部肥厚,心尖部心腔明显变小。心电图均有明显异常,主要表现为胸前导联巨大倒置的T波伴ST段下移,左室高电压。结论超声心动图及心电图对诊断心尖肥厚型心肌病具有重要价值。Objective To analyze the echocardiographic（ECCG） and electrocardiographic （ECG） featurer of the apical hypertrophie eardiomyopathy （AHC） and to assess their diagnostic value.Methods ECCG and ECG data of 38 patients with AHC were retrospectively analyzed and compared with that of 40 healthy subjects without organic cardiopathy （as control）.Results Among all patients,ECCG showed more or less hypertrophy of the cardiac apex and obvious shrink of the cardiac chambers,while ECG also showed obvious abnormalities which predominantly appeared as giant negative T waves with lowering of ST segments in the precordial ECG leads and high voltage of the left ventricles.Conclusion ECCG and ECG play an important role in the diagnosis of AHC.
