摘 要:从水资源预警的基本概念出发,提出建立流域水资源预警体系的思路和预警指标的选择原则。根据珠江的水资源及开发利用特点以及存在的水资源突出问题,设计了一套适合于珠江水资源预警的指标体系。建立了珠江4个重点区域的干旱预警体系,并在珠江枯季水量调度工作中得到很好的应用,为珠江的水资源调配提供决策依据。The ideas of establishment of early warning system of water resources and the principles of choice of early warning indicators were proposed with the basic concept of early warning of water resources. According to the characteristics of development and utilization of water resources as well as the existing problems of water resources in the Pearl River, a set of early warning indicator systems of water resources suitable for the Pearl River were designed. The drought early warning systems of 4 key areas in the Pearl River were built and worked well in the application in the Pearl River water regulation in the dry season to provide basis for decision-making.
