影响水资源承载能力增强因子的结构分析

摘　　要：本文依据天然—人工二元水循环理论,阐述了东江流域水资源承载能力增强的途径和主要影响因子,在此基础上,利用解释结构模型分析了该承载系统各影响因子的层次结构及其相互作用关系。研究结果表明:激励机制、用水效率在诸影响因子中起到核心作用,是影响东江流域水资源承载能力增强的主影响因子;提高社会水资源承载能力是东江流域水资源承载能力增强的主要途径。This paper described the way and influence factors of potentiating water resources carrying capacity of the Dongjiang River Basin based on the natural and man-made water circulation theory. ISM was used to analyze the layer of framework of influence factors of water resources carrying system and their relationship. The study results show that the inspiriting mechanism and the efficiency of water use play the central role in the potentiation. So they are the main influence factors, and it is important to improve the social water resources carrying capacity for potentiating the water resources carrying capacity of the Dongiiang River Basin.
