摘 要:以蒲公英为原料,采用70%乙醇在pH4,温度为60℃的条件下回流2 h,得绿原酸粗提液。分别使用本实验室自制的中空型聚苯乙烯基阴离子交换纤维,D290树脂和NKA-9树脂对粗提液进行分离,分别考察了3种材料对绿原酸粗提液的最大吸附容量、吸附动力学行为、动态吸附行为以及解吸情况。结果表明,实验室自制的中空型聚苯乙烯基阴离子交换纤维对绿原酸吸附容量大、吸附速率快,而且解吸效果好,是一种较理想的绿原酸吸附分离材料。Raw chlorogenic acid was extracted from dandelion using reflux method in 70% aqueous ethanol (adjusted to pH 4.0 with HCI)for 2 h under 60 ℃. Then the raw chlorogenic acid was separated by hollow polystyrene-based anion-exchange fiber made in our laboratory, D290 and NKA-9 resin respectively. The maximum absorption capacity, adsorption dynamics, dynamic adsorption behaviour and desorption ability were investigated. The results showed that, compared with the D290 and NKA-9 resins, hollow Polystyrene-based anion-exchange fiber showed huger adsorptive volume, faster absorption rate, and better desorption ability which is a better absorption and separation material of chlorogenic acid.
