复明片对兔实验性视网膜脱离后玻璃体腔液IL-6表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究复明片对兔实验性视网膜脱离后玻璃体腔内IL-6的表达的影响。方法:用有色家兔72只,设正常对照组(A组),及制作视网膜脱离模型后分模型对照组(B组)、西药对照组(C组)、复明片治疗组(D组),并于造模后7,14,21d分别取玻璃体腔液用放射免疫分析方法测定IL-6的表达。结果:复明片通过促进视网膜脱离复位,下调IL-6的表达,并在各时间点各组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复明片通过抑制兔视网膜脱离后细胞增殖及炎症反应,保护视网膜组织结构、促进视网膜脱离后视功能恢复。AIM： To study the effect of fuming tablets on the expression of Interlewkin-6（IL-6） in the vitreous of rabbit with retinal detachment（RD）. METHODS： Seventy-two healthy adult color rabbits were randomly divided into four groups：blank group （group A）, model comparative group （group B）, western medicine treated group （group C） and fuming tablets treated group（ group D）. 7, 14 and 21 days after retinal redetachment, the expression of IL-6 in vitreous was observed by radioim-munity. RESULTS： Fuming tables could promote the retinal redetachment, and down-regulat the expression of IL-6 in vitreous. CONCLUSION：The retina is protected by fuming tables via inhibiting the cellular proliferation and inflammatory reaction after RD, which can promote recovery of the visual performance.
