摘 要:白内障超声乳化手术具有组织损伤小、切口不用缝合、手术时间短、视力恢复快、角膜散光小等优点,已成为目前世界上治疗白内障首选的手术方式。白内障超声乳化仪器诞生仅40余年,经历了几代的更新和改革,发展为集光、电、机以及生物、流体力学、计算机技术于一体的高密度手术操作系统,但其仍然存在一些问题需要进一步改进和完善。文章主要对白内障超声乳化仪器的原理、构造和发展历程进行阐述,并尝试对超声乳化仪器的发展前景做进一步探讨。Phacoemusiflcation technology has been the first choice of surgeries for cataract treatment in the world, for its characteristics of less tissue injury, incision without suture, shorter surgical time, faster visual recovery and smaller corneal astigmatism, Phacoemulsification apparatus (phaco-emusifier), born only 40 years and undergone several generations of updating and reform, becomes a high.density operating system with light, electricity, mechanism a.s well as biology, fluid mechanics and computer technology all set in one. While there are still some problems that need to be improved and perfected. This article mainly explains the principles, construction and development course of phaco-eumsifier and tries to discuss the prospects for its improvement.
