摘　　要：目的:研制眼科多媒体计算机辅助教学课件,改进葡萄膜病的传统教学模式。方法:收集和整理我科葡萄膜病教学和临床资料,参考《眼科学》第6版编写脚本,并应用Macromedia Flash 8对葡萄膜病治疗各方面的素材进行了编辑、合成。结果:成功研制《葡萄膜病》多媒体课件。结论:Flash适用于眼科多媒体课件的制作,可促进眼科学教学的发展。AIM ：To develop the multimedia computer aided instruction in Ophthalmic teaching so as to improve the traditional teaching mode of uvea disease. METHODS： Relevant research and clinical material of uvea diseae were collected and arranged, Then the script was written according to the instruction of book： Ophthalmology （6^th edition： Yan-Nian Hui）, and the materials of instruction were edited and composed by Macromedia Flash 8. RESULTS： A multimedia computer aided instruction of uvea disease was successfully developed. CONCLUSION： Macromedia Flash 8 may be a good software for multimedia computer aided instruction, and can contribute to raising the level of ophthalmic education.
