摘　　要：在WEBGIS中,空间信息的获取、共享、发布与分析在各个方面都发挥着越来越重要的作用,空间数据的互操作成为地理信息系统领域研究的核心问题之一。文章论述了XML在地理信息系统中的应用标准GML与SVG,并通过MapXtreme for java在校园地理信息系统中实现了基于XML的空间数据互操作与可视化显示。In the web Geographic information system, the obtaining, sharing, publishing and analyzing of spatial information is playing a more and more important role in the decision of each department. The sharing of spatial data is the key problem in the study of geographical information system. This article discusses about the GML application standard based on XML in Geographic Information System, and it has accomplished that the interoperability of spatial data and visualization display based on XML within campus geographic unformation system by MapXtreme.
