摘 要:济南奥体中心体育馆钢屋盖为典型的弦支穹顶结构。施工过程中采用张拉径向索,测量环索的方法。根据索力检测的基本原理,自主研发索力检测设备。采用该EM索张力测量仪对索力在张拉阶段和安装阶段进行检测。同时,详细阐述测点布置、检测方法、检测数据整理等关键技术。并比较分析现场实测值和理论计算值。检测结果表明,索力满足设计要求,可保证结构的安全与使用。A typical suspended-drone is applied in steel roof of Ji'nan Olympic Center Gymnasium. The method about radial cable tension and ring cable measurement is added during the process of construction. The cable tension testing device is independendy developed according to basic principles of cable-force testing. The EM cable tension measurement device is adopted to measure cable force during the process of teasion and installation. Besides, key technologies are discussed including anangement of testing points, measurement method and settlement of measurement data. The field measured values are compared with theoretical values, and the results show that cable force can satisfy the requirements of design, which may ensure the safety and use of the structure.
