摘　　要：开发了大型渠道机械化衬砌混凝土施工设备,主要有SCFM系列振动滑模成型衬砌机和CCFM系列振动碾压成型机。其中SCFM系列振动滑模成型衬砌机安装有混凝土高频振捣棒组、混凝土挤压成型模板等,设备在工作过程中可一次完成渠道混凝土布料、振捣密实、提浆、挤压成型等工作;CCFM系列振动碾压成型机采用外置式振动碾压成型技术。介绍了大型渠道机械化衬砌用混凝土的技术参数、衬砌机械化施工工艺流程及施工时设备操作使用要点等。A type of mechanized lining concrete equipment on large-scale canal is developed which mainly includes SCFM series vibration sliptorm molding lining machines and CCFM series vibration rolling machines. SCFM series lining machines are equipped with a group of concrete poker vibrators and concrete formwork, etc. So the equipment can finish distributing, vibrating and compacting, mud extracting, compression molding of canal concrete in a process, etc. CCFM series vibration roiling machines use external vibration roller compacted molding technology. The authors introduce the technique parameters, construction flow and operation points on construction equipment of mechanized lining concrete on large-scale canal.
