摘　　要：中国建筑第八工程局有限公司为一家大型建筑施工企业。结合中国建筑第八工程局实际状态,对目前应用的管理系统和管理现状进行分析,提出ERP系统的解决方案,通过全面实施,解决了中国建筑第八工程局乃至建筑施工企业面临的许多管理难题,为企业精细管理提供了有效的解决平台。China Construction Eighth Engineering Division is one large building construction enterprise. Based on the practice situation of this company, the existing management system and present situation are analyzed and solution scheme of ERP system （enterprise resource planning）is put forward. After implementation of ERP system, some management problems facing China Construction Eighth Engineering Division or even some large building construction enterprises and effective solution platform are provided for precise enterprise＇ s management.
