健脾固肾方治疗糖尿病肾病致慢性肾功能不全30例临床研究  

Clinical Study on 30 Cases with Chronic Renal Failure Caused by Diabetic Nephropathy and Treated with Spleen-Invigorating and Kidney-Tonifying Recipe

摘　　要：目的观察健脾固肾方治疗糖尿病肾病致慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法选择在常规治疗基础上以健脾固肾方治疗糖尿病肾病致慢性肾功能不全30例患者,与用中成药尿毒清颗粒剂治疗29例进行对照观察。结果健脾固肾方组治疗后,患者尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)降低,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)明显升高(P<0.01),主要临床症状得到改善(P<0.05)。健脾固肾方组治疗总有效率(76.7%)与尿毒清颗粒剂组(69.0%)比较疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾固肾方可改善糖尿病肾病致慢性肾功能不全者的肾功能及主要临床症状,具有延缓肾功能减退进程的作用。Objective To observe the effect of spleen-Invigorating and kidney-tonifying recipe in treating chronic renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy. Methods Spleen-invigorating and kidney-tonifying recipe was used, at the basis of conventional therapy, to treat 31 cases with diabetic nephropathy, and a controlled observation was made between these 31 cases with 29 cases treated with Niao Du Qing granules. Results The total response rate of the treatment group（77.3% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group（68.7% ） （P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the blood urea nitrogen（ BUN）, serum creatinine（ Cr）, creatinine clearance rate in treatment group were significantly increased（P 〈 0.01 ） and main clinical symptoms were improved （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Spleeninvigorating and kidney-tonifying recipe treatment of chronic renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy has the effect of improving renal functions and major clinical symptoms as well as slowing down renal dysfunction process.
