蓼科羊蹄减数分裂过程的观察

摘　　要：首次对蓼科酸模属植物羊蹄(Rumex japonicus Houtt.)进行了花粉母细胞减数分裂观察。减数分裂后期I和后期Ⅱ存在染色体桥、染色体断片和落后染色体等异常现象,统计各时期畸形率都低于5%。随机统计花粉粒活性,成熟率达到95%。羊蹄的减数分裂过程基本正常,也证实了羊蹄的体细胞染色体数目2n=2x=100是可信的。In this paper, the meiotic process of pollen for the first time. During anaphase Ⅰ and anaphase Ⅱ lagging mother cells of Rumex japonicus Houtt is reported , chromosomal bridge, chromosomal fragments and chromosomes have been observed and the abnormality rates of both phases are less than 5 %. The rate of fertile pollen grains is more than 95% ,which is consistent with the cell abnormality rate at anaphase Ⅱ. These results indicate that meiotic process of R. japonicus is normal, and the somatic chromo- some number 2n = 2x = 100 is credible.
