摘　　要：管状焊丝埋弧堆焊工艺是钢铁等行业中硬面零件及轧辊制造、修复的成熟技术。如果将此技术应用到非织造设备——热轧辊的修复中,将会降低轧辊的成本,提高质量并延长其使用寿命。Process is one popular application technologies metallurgical industry such as making and restoring hard surface parts and calender. If this application technology could be used in nonwoven machinery especially in repair and maintenance of calender rollers, the cost of calender rollers would be reduced while the quality improved and their lives prolonged.
