摘 要:张家港市生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的主焚烧车间采用钢结构设计。结构特点是:屋盖下弦标高为36.30m,屋面为弧形双跨网架。车间在一侧受工艺条件限制,不能设置梁柱,成为开口的空间结构厂房。结构的承重体系由双肢柱,双连系梁构成。在开口一侧的厂房柱顶设置1榀57.5m跨的辅助桁架。由于厂房为空间结构,计算分析不能采用普通厂房的结构分析方式,必须按照结构原型进行整体计算,本工程采用了同济大学的3d3s软件进行计算分析,并充分考虑风荷载沿结构立面的不均匀分布。通过对计算结果的分析,验证了设置辅助桁架的必要性。The refuse incineration workshop of Zhang Jia Gang Refuse Incineration Power Plant is a steel structure construction. It has the following characteristics: (1), the elevation of roofing is 36.30m and the roofing is an arc space grid structure with two spans. (2), the main structure of the workshop was composed chiefly of lattice columns and twin beams. In consideration of the technological requirements, one side of the main structure has no columns and no beams, so we construct a truss at the top of the column with 57.5m span length. (3), because the workshop is a space structure, the calculation of this construction is different from the normal workshop. We used the 3d3s software to analyses the space structure as a whole. In addition, the wind load should be considered as being uneven distributed along the facade of the structure. Based on the results of the analysis, we verified the need of the truss.
