摘　　要：文章针对高等院校校园图书网覆盖存在的疏漏、基层资料室在专业信息利用方面作用的弱化,以及基层图书部门统计工作繁琐滞后的现象,尝试设计出适合基层图书资料管理的信息系统,以达到校园图书网资料数据建设的完整性并提高管理工作的效率。In this paper, the author thinks that the School Library Net coverage in colleges and universities exist omission, and at the same time, he point out the Cumbersome and laggardly phenomenon in Grass--roots Sector＇s Statistics work. To address these questions, the author attempted to design an information system for basal library resource management, for the sake of achieving the integrity of campus Library Network and improving the efficiency of the management.
