摘　　要：青岛近代居住建筑是青岛近代建筑与城市文化的重要组成部分,青岛近代独立式住宅作为青岛近代居住建筑的主体,具有重要的研究价值。从建筑样式、空间布局、材料构造三个方面研究分析了青岛近代独立式住宅的文化内涵和艺术特征,并研究分析了形成这些特征的历史文化要素。The modem dwellings in Qingdao are an important part of the modem architecture and the city culture. The Qingdao modem detached houses were the main part in the modem dwellings with the important research value. It was studied that their historical culture intentions and art characteristics from, architecture forms, space arrangement, construction and materials. And it was also analyed that the historical and cultural factors forming these characteristics.
