摘 要:阐述了羊毛低铬媒染色的意义,综述了低铬染色的各种方法,并分析了低铬染色发展过程和方向,重点介绍了用Cr(Ⅲ)盐代替Cr(Ⅵ)盐的羊毛的低铬染色的基本理论和最新研究成果。采用三价铬盐和有机酸形成铬络合物阴离子,其在pH2~4时对纤维有亲和力,再和染料上的配位体进行交换,工艺可商业化,所得产品的发色、得色量和染色牢度和传统六价铬染色相似,但可完全避免使用高毒性的大价铬盐,染色废水中不含六价铬离子,总铬排放量大为降低,同时对羊毛的损伤也更小,染色物的手感比常规的好。The significance, methods and development direction of low chrome dyeing of wool are reported.The basic theory and the latest research results of chrome dyeing with Cr(Ⅲ) in replace of Cr(Ⅵ) asmordant are especially introduced. The anionic complex formed by Cr(Ⅲ) salts and organic acids has substantivity to fibre atpH 2-4 and exchanges ligands with that of the dye. This new process can be used in commercial production. The results obtained in terms of hue,colour yield and fastness properties are similar to that of conventional method with Cr(Ⅵ),but in the new process use of the highly toxic hexavalent chrome salts can be completely avoided. The effluent contains no Cr(Ⅵ)ions and the total chrome discharge is grently reduced. The low chrome dyeing process gives less damage to wool and better handle to the dyed products.
