摘 要:东大山铁矿多年来主要围绕分段采矿法进行倾斜中厚矿体开采,矿石回收率一直在49.25%~55%之间、贫化率在29.92%~33.37%之间徘徊。分析表明,采用分段采矿法开采,大量的采场底盘损失是造成矿石回收率低的主要原因;此外,由于矿体形态复杂,分段采矿法的灵活性低,顶柱和间柱不能回收是造成矿石回收率低的又一原因。根据矿体开采技术条件和矿山的实际情况,提出了上向水平分层废石充填法并进行了工业试验,结果表明,采矿回收率提高到83.6%以上、贫化率降低到21.62%,经济效益显著。该法对类似矿山有一定的借鉴作用。The mining method in sub-level structure has been mainly used in the thick-slope ore bodies of Dongdashan Iron Mine for many years. The ore recovery has been between 49.25% and 55%, the dilution between 33.37% and 29. 92%. It is showed that the main reason of the low recovery in using of the mining method in sub-level structure is that a large number of remnant ores can not be recovered. In addition, the flexibility of the mining method in sub-level structure is lower to the thick-slope ore body shape, and the pillars can not be recovered, which cause the low recovery of ore. According to the conditions of Dongdashan Iron Mine, the cut and fill with mullock is put forward and used in the thick-slope iron ore and the industrial test has been going on . The test result shows that the recovery can be increased more than 83.6 %, and the dilution rate can be decreased to 21.62%, and the economic benefits is very significant. The study and application of the cut and fill with mullock can be referred by some other similar mines.
