摘　　要：为解决毛针织物的缩绒问题利用MK6型高温高压染色机对其进行缩绒整理。缩绒后的织物光洁膨松富有弹性,绒毛细腻而线圈清晰,裁剪缝制时不会脱套。但在整理过程中,缩绒坯布要按批次、分规格、同色泽入机,缩绒温度不应超过65℃。Milling of knitted wool fabric on existing high temperature & high pressure dyeing machine MK6 is dealt with. The process can provide the fabric a clean, bulky surface appearance with a fine nap and a clear loop. It is ladder-proof during cutting and making-up. The fabric should be processed in separate batches in accordance with size and colour, and the temperature controlled not over 6℃
