摘　　要：目的观察BiPAP治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法对32例各种病因所致严重左心衰竭患者在常规药物治疗基础上采用BiPAP机经面罩双向正压无创通气治疗，同时与32例常规药物治疗组进行对比。结果BiPAP组机械通气后所有患者呼吸频率减慢，心率下降，呼吸困难缓解，生命体征平稳，PaO2、SaO2明显增高，缺氧程度得到有效改善，治疗总有效率为100％。对照组在相应时间治疗总有效率仅为68．75％。结论BiPAP是治疗急性左心衰竭的快速有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of Bi-level positive airway pressure（BiPAP） noninvasive ventilation on acute left ventricular failure（LVF）. Methods BiPAP group：32 patients with severe LVF from various causes were treated by BiPAP with traditional drugs. Control group ：32 patients were treated with traditional drugs alone, and the results were compared with those of BiPAP group. Results Dyspnea was relieved in all patients in BiPAP group, both the respiratory rate and heart rate were slowed, the vital signs were stable, and PaO2, SaO2 went up. The total effective rate was 100% ,which was only 68. 75% in control group. Conclusion The use of BiPAP noninvasive ventilation therapy is feasible and effective on LVF.
