摘 要:研究采用完全被试间设计考查自我谈话和视觉表象这两种常见的心理放松认知技术对个体的情绪放松在效果上是否存在差异。将36名被试随机分为4组,引导被试分别进行视觉表象和自我谈话放松,并记录此过程中电生理指标的即时和延时变化以及被试的主观评价。研究发现,1)主观评价在两种方法间有差异;2)时间以及时间和方法的交互作用对α波的变化有显著影响。时间因素对其他指标也有影响;3)视觉表象的即时放松效果优于自我谈话,但是在延时效果上恰恰相反。This paper, using the completely trial design, studies whether there has differences on the effect of emotional relaxation between the two common mental relaxation techniques., selftalk and visual-image. Thirty subjects are randomly divided into four groups. Then the experimenter guides them to conduct self-talk and visual image to relax. Meanwhile, records the immediate and delayed changes of the physiological indicators, and subject evaluation are recorded. The result shows that 1) subject evaluation is different between self-talk and visual-image; 2) time and the interaction of time and methods? have significant influences on change of a wave. Time also influences other indicators; 3) the immediate effect of visual-image is superior to self-talk, but it is opposite on delayed effect.
