摘　　要：GJ5×2大型双槽高强度搅拌磨机是国内超细物料加工中最新出现的超细磨/剥片设备,也是目前国内这一领域内最大规格的设备之一。该设备采用了双叶轮搅拌器、方断面双槽槽体和带负荷起动方法等创新技术,设备生产能力大,超细磨效率高,产品粒度细,可连续生产。该设备具有人性化的结构和外形尺寸,便于安装、操作和维修,已成功应用于某高岭土公司煤系煅烧高岭土剥片中,在1.2～1.5t/h的生产能力下,单机产品细度可达-2μm 85%以上,两台串联可达-2μm 90%以上。GJ5x2 larger scale and higher intensity double cells stirring mill is a newest and largest kind of super fine grinding/delaminating equipments in China. The stirring mill were equippet with inaugurated technologies such as the stirrer with double impellers, the bin with double cells in square section and the method of loaded starting by high-pressure air. The stirring mill characterizes with larger throughput, higher efficiency in super fine grinding, finer product size and continuate production, the human-friendly structure and dimension convenient for installation, operation and maintenance. The stirring mills had been used successfully for delamination of coal calcined kaoline with the results over -2μm 85% of product size in single mill and over -2μm 90% in serial two mills with the throughput of 1.2-1.5t/h.
