地方高师院校科技成果转化影响因素探析

摘　　要：本文通过分析地方高师院校科技成果转化内涵及其现状、科技成果转化缓慢的原因,提出了改善我国地方高师院校科技成果转化难问题的对策建议。Science ＆technology achievements transformation in normal university refers to the process that they put the knowledge-based ones into basic research, mid-trial experiment and then transfer them to production force of enterprises, in order to promote the development of national economy. At this stage, the local normal u- niversity research has made constant progress and tremendous contributions to the social progress and economic development. However, the rate of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the local normal universities remains low, which is seriously hampering the service function of scientific and technological achievements. This paper analysis the problems and promotes the countermeasures of Technology transformation in the local normal university.
