摘　　要：建立科学、高效的督办工作制度是提高公安院校行政管理的重要手段。督办工作是对公安院校各部门工作作风的监督和检查,是决策、部署落实的重要推动力,是落实工作不可缺少的辅助力量,是一项政治性和实践性都很强的工作。因此,应认真研究督办工作方法,完善督办工作程序,真正实现既"督"又"办"。It is an important method to build the scheme of administrative supervision and handling for police colleges and it is a significant motive power to make policy decisions. At the same time, it is a subsidiary force to adopt workable measures. Therefore, we should explore ways of administrative supervision and handling conscientiously and perfect the working procedure in order to bring about a fundamental turn for the better in the standard of administrative supervision and handling.
