摘　　要：近年来,我国城市宠物犬的总量呈持续增长之势,但是相关法律规定存在不足。国家立法部门应当借鉴西方国家有关犬类管理的立法经验,结合我国国情,制定全国统一的城市宠物犬管理法规。In recent years, the quantity of pet keeps up a steady increase, and raising pet has become a new focus of consumption for city residents. However, more and more problems are caused by raising pet owing to the imperfectness of related laws. Therefore, legislative assembly body should regulate the behavior of raising pet by perfecting the laws and regulations. At the same time, we must make nationally unified laws about pet management in uptown in order to conform to the situation in our country.
