摘  要:通过以不同用量(种子干重的2%、4%、6%和8%)的黄芪种衣剂包衣为处理,以ND牌种衣剂(种子干重的8%)包衣和空白种子为双对照,比较研究在不同处理条件下,膜荚黄芪植物地上部分、地下部分生物性状及产量发生变化情况。结果表明,黄芪种衣剂包衣处理后,黄芪的根粗、主根体积明显增加,主根和茎的干物质重量显著提高。表明黄芪种衣剂的使用可以提高中药材黄芪的品质与产量。Biological characteristics of Astragalus concentrations (2%, 4%, 6% and 8% of seed dry weight) of seed coated with parts of A stragalus membranaceus treated by seed coating of different were studied in the research under the double controls ND seed coating (8% of seed dry weight) and uncoated seeds. Biological characteristics of the membranaceus above and under ground, and the yield were compared under different geological conditions. The results indicated that after being treated by seed coating, root thickness and main root volume of Astragalus membranaceus increased significantly and dry weight of main root and stem increased as well. This proved that the seed coating could improve both quality and yield of Astagulus membranceus.
