摘　　要：胚胎发育是非常复杂而且变化极为协调的生理过程。在此过程中,外界环境中多种因素的影响都可能导致胚胎发育异常、胚胎死亡及胎儿畸形。随着环境污染的日趋加重,环境雌激素对胚胎发育的影响日益受到科学家的重视。但环境雌激素对胚胎发育的作用机制尚未完全阐明。文章就环境雌激素对胚胎发育的影响及其机制进行综述。Embryonic development is a very complicated and changed physiological process. In this process, the effect of many outside environmental factors can lead to abnormal embryo development, embryo death and fetal malformation. With the aggravation of environmental pollution, people pay more attention to the effect of environmental estrogens on embryonic development. However, the mechanism of effect of environmental estrogens on embryonic development remain incompletely understood. In this article, we give a review on the effect of environmental estrogens on embryonic development and its mechanism.
