摘 要:采用生物膜技术对滇池流域受污染入湖河流进行原位处理实验,结果表明该方法能够有效的解决受污染河流黑臭问题,能够较好的改善河流水质,降低河流中污染物的量。实验直接布设于天然河道中,系统运行效果受到降雨、上游水质变化、反应区溶解氧浓度、生物量和水力停留时间的影响。实验中通过对各影响因素的分析和改进,使系统可达到稳定的去除效果,处理后的出水透明度达到1 m以上,COD去除率达42.2%,BOD5去除率达41.4%,总氮去除率达17%,氨氮去除率达14%。生物膜技术应用于受污染河流的原位治理,是一种适合滇池流域污染治理的有效方法。The biofilm technology as one of in-situ technologies was used to treat polluted rivers in Dianchi Watershed. The results showed that the process could clear up the black and odorous water and remove contaminate in the river. The experiment was set up into the natural river way, and the function was affected by precipitation, change in water quality of upper stream, dissolved oxygen, microbial biomass and hydraulic retention time. These factors were changed to make system in a suitable situation. After the water in the polluted river flowed through the system, the water transparency was up to 1 meter above, and the removal rates of COD, BOD5, TN and NIL+ -N were respectively 42.2%, 41.4%, 17% and 14%. It showed that the biofihn technology was a valid one to control eutrophication of Dianchi Lake.
