摘　　要：介绍了新型废硫酸回收工艺的技术特点,与传统的锅式浓缩或鼓式浓缩工艺相比,真空浓缩工艺具有排放量少、能耗低、可靠性高等特点。由于采用了耐蚀性优异的钽材作为蒸发器的主要耐蚀材料,系统的可靠性大大提高。新型废硫酸回收装置的运行实践表明,系统的技术性能达到了国际同类产品的先进水平。A new technology of waste vitriol reusing is introduced. The vacuum inspissations technology has advantages of small drains, low energy consumption and high dependability as compared with traditional pot and blow inspissations. The dependability of the unit is !mproved greatly because of the use of tantalum for evaporator and other case of serious causticity. The run results show that the new technology is approaching to advanced international level of similar products.
