摘 要:随着经营环境的快速变化,企业以至国家的持续增长面临着来自不确定性的挑战。如何在重重障碍中取得突破和升华,需要一套系统的理论指导。笔者研究发现,《老子》恰恰是一部其思想真谛被遮蔽了两千五百多年但至今仍熠熠生辉的永续创造理论宏著。从管理角度看,它所论的道是创造之途,德即创造之能。道的有限生命周期及无限更替决定了创造对于每个企业或国家都是一个永无完结的过程。《老子》以多变中如何实现长盛不衰为主轴,以五千余字构成了集永续创造方略、创造者行为和永续创造型组织等论述于一体的严密学说体系。该学说超越了传统的竞争战略以及持续竞争战略对竞争的关注,以其对多变环境的适应性和领先性思考值得深入发掘并作为新一轮理论创新的出发点。When the organizations like countries or firms face a fast changing business environment,The Book of Tao and Teh which was written by Lao Zi two thousand and five hundred years ago has been found a good guidance to pursuit the long run survival,or stable and sustained growth.In this book,the Tao is the opportunity for creation and the Teh means the capability to create.The limited life cycle of Taos and their renewal compose a non-stopping process of creation for a concretive country or firm.The Book of Tao and Teh provides a complete theory of sustainable creative advantage covering the fields such as sustainable creative strategy,creator behavior and sustainable creative organization,beyond the conventional theories based on the competitive advantage and sustainable competitive advantage.
