载脂蛋白E基因多态性与我国人群2型糖尿病肾病相关性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与我国人群2型糖尿病肾病(DN)发生的相关性。方法检索2008年6月以前ApoE基因多态性与DN相关性的相关文献,用Meta分析方法评估文献的发表偏倚,计算各项研究总的OR值。结果与E3/3基因型携带者比较,携带E2/2、E3/2的T2DM患者发生DN的危险性OR值(95%CI)分别为2.16(1.04～4.83)、1.92(1.47～2.51)。与ε3等位基因比较,携带ε2等位基因T2DM患者发生DN的危险性OR为1.76(1.41～2.19)。结论ApoE基因多态性与DN相关,其中E2/2、E3/2基因型、ε2等位基因可能是我国人群2型糖尿病患者发生DN的风险因子。Objective To investigate the association between ApoE polyraorphism and type 2 diabetic nephropathy in Chinese population. Methods All related case-control studies in NCBI and CNKI before 2008 were retrieved,and all available information from the literatures were extracted based on our rigorous inclusion criterion. Through the meta-analysis the publication bias was evaluated, the respective odds ratios were pooled in proper model. Results There were no publication bias and heterogeneity in the related ten studies,and the meta analysis showed that the pooled odds ratios of genotype E2/2, E3/2 vs F.3/3 were as follows： 2. 16 （ 1.04-4. 83）, 1.92 （1. 47-2. 51）, the pooled odds ratios of ε2 allele vs ε3 as bellow： 1. 76 （1.41-2. 19）. Conclusions The results suggest that ApoE polymorphism is significantly associated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, and ε2 carriers have higher risk suffering from type 2 diabetic nephropathy than others.
