1型糖尿病患者外周血中CD4^+CD25^+与CD8^+CD28^-调节性T细胞水平的研究

摘　　要：流式细胞仪检测1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者外周血CD4^+CD25^+与CD8^+CD28^-调节性T细胞的水平,发现其外周血CD4^+CD25^+T淋巴细胞水平[(2.02±0.43)%]显著低于2型糖尿病(T2DM)组[(6.79±1.75)%]和健康对照(NC)组[(7.84±1.45)%],而CD8^+CD28^-调节性T细胞水平三组间无差异。Flow cytometry were used to investigate the levels of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ and CD8^＋ CD28^- regulator T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. The percent of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ T lymphocytes of TIDM [（2.02±0. 43）%] was remarkably lower than that of type 2 diabetes mellitus [（6.79±1.75）%] and controls [（7. 84±1.45）%. The levels of CD8^＋ CD28^- regulator lymphocyte among three groups were not different. The level of CD4^＋ CD25^＋ regulatory T cell in T1DM patients shows low expression.
