摘　　要：近年来,中越关系迅速发展,越南华人的政治地位得到改善,经济实力增强,参与政治的积极性增加。由于大量华人新移民涌入越南,越南华人社会的发展引起广泛关注。本文通过对相关资料和数据的收集与整理,对越南华人社会的结构进行了初步的探讨和研究。基于越南稳定的政治环境,尤其是其快速增长的经济和新兴的市场,华人移居越南的趋势亦将持续下去。With the rapid development between Sino- Vietnamese relations, the political status of ethnic Chinese in Vietnam has been greatly improved. The ethnic Chinese have not only strengthened their economic power, but also actively participated in the local politics. As more and more Chinese made their entry into Vietnam, the development of ethnic Chinese soeiety has drawn large attentions and this article is one of such efforts. Owing to the politieal stability in Vietnam and its fast growth in economy and new market, the trend of Chinese migration into Vietnam will continue.
