摘　　要：通过对全国5大城市问卷抽样调查数据的定量分析,并结合天津华章里社区的典型个案研究,探讨现有的社区服务体系面临的挑战,围绕社会交往、社区活动、社区选举、社区管理、社区服务5个方面,检视我国现阶段农民工社区融入面临的问题及其原因,发现社区融入的现实路径,提出完善农民工的社区服务、促进社会融入的政策意义。Based on quantitative combined with typical case study the community service system is analysis of data of a questionnaire sample survey in China＇s 5 major cities and in Huazhangli Community of Tianjin , the paper probes into the challenges facing and examines problems rural migrant workers face in integrating into community from five aspects namely social intercourse, community activity, community election, community management and community service. We find a practical way for these workers to integrate into community and the policy meaning of improving community service for them and thus promoting their integration into community.
