摘　　要：车牌区域的颜色特征是车牌的重要信息,基于此特征,提出了基于HSV颜色模型和数学形态学相结合的车牌定位算法。并利用Matlab软件对该算法进行仿真,实验证明该方法在复杂背景下具有较强的适应性与稳健性。The color feature of car license region is important information. As to this characteristic, an effective license plate location algorithm based on the combination of the color and mathematical morphology is presented in this paper. Matlab software is used in this paper to simulate the algorithm and the experimental results show that this method has strong adaptability and robustness under complicated background image.
