摘　　要：利用16位高速单片机(MSP430F149)和8位单片机(PIC18F4520)以及PROFIBUS总线的专用协议芯片SPC3,开发了带PROFIBUS-DP接口的智能电磁流量计。介绍了智能电磁流量计总体方案的设计和PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的软硬件设计实现,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图。实验证明该智能电磁流量计功能完善,操作方便,通信可靠,达到了预期设计目的。An intelligent electromagnetic flow meter with PROFIBUS-DP is presented, which is based on the high speed 16-bit single chip MSP430F 149, 8-bit single chip PIC 18F4520,and special purpose chip SPC 3.The design of entire scheme of the intelligent electromagnetic flow meter and the implementation of the software and hardware for PROFIBUS communication interface are introduced, and part of the schematic diagrams and software flow charts are given. The experiments prove that the flow meter has perfect function, easy to handle, reliable communication, and has reached anticipated design object.
